Subsidies from the Health Insurance "danmark"
Fysio Fanø is under Health Insurance "danmark".
If you are a member of the Health Insurance "danmark", you can receive subsidies for your physiotherapy treatments at Fysio Fanø - even without a referral from your doctor.
The size of the grant depends on your group in "danmark", and will be paid directly to you after completion of treatment and submission of documentation.
You can read more about current subsidy rates and conditions at www.sygeforsikring.dk.
Min Genoptræning & FritValgService
If you have been hospitalized and have had a rehabilitation plan drawn up by the hospital, you are entitled to rehabilitation through your municipality. If the municipality cannot offer you a start-up within the statutory deadline, you have the option of using a private clinic –
it is called FritValgService.
As a citizen, you have the right to choose a private physiotherapist through FritValgService via MinGenoptræning.dk – and Fysio Fanø is an approved partner.
This means that you can choose to have your rehabilitation without additional costs if the municipality cannot offer you a timely start.
At Fysio Fanø, I am happy to help you further with your rehabilitation if you are eligible to choose a private provider.
I offer both training and mobile physiotherapy, where I come to your home –
all with a focus on safety, professionalism and proximity.

Insurance process
If you have health insurance through your work or private insurance, you can often have your treatments at Fysio Fanø covered.
Most insurance companies cover physiotherapy without a referral requirement. You just need to get approval from your insurance company before the course starts.
Once your insurance has given the green light, you are free to book your appointments with me and receive treatment - just like everyone else.
Contact your insurance company to find out what your plan covers.
